When you use the contact or training forms we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message and, for training, the course you choose. Our hosting and spam-check providers also process technical data such as your IP address when you visit the site or send a form.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry or to handle your training registration. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, for registrations, taking steps you ask for before a booking. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

Your message is delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider (Resend). The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the Turnstile spam check on our forms. These providers handle your details only to provide those services.

This site does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. The Cloudflare spam check may use technical signals to tell people from bots.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and for our business records, and then delete them.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct or delete them, or to object to how we use them. Email us and we will help. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
